Design justice zine issue 2

Design mediates so much of our realities and has tremendous impact on our lives. Yet people who are most adversely affected by design decisions tend to have least influence on them. Design justice rethinks design process to centralize the people who are normally marginalized by design and uses collaborative and creative practices to address the deepest challenges communities face. What does this emerging design process look like in practice? The zine showcases four pillars that are vital for a just design process, and an array of real-life projects that embody these principles.
